1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between fe66 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the fe66 online casino and sports betting platform available at fe66.bet.

fe66 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed and operated for the Bangladeshi market. All transactions on the fe66 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform operates in English to serve the English-speaking gambling audience across Bangladesh, including users in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by fe66, including but not limited to: live casino games, online slots, cricket betting markets, virtual casino games, the Money Wheel, and all bonus and promotional offers. By using any feature of the fe66 platform, you agree to abide by these Terms in full, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

fe66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at fe66.bet/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the fe66 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The fe66 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any games, or place any wager on the fe66 platform. fe66 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. By registering on the fe66 platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

fe66 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, fe66 may suspend access to the Player's account, including the ability to place wagers or request withdrawals. Any winnings accrued during a period in which a Player is found to be under the age of 18 will be forfeited.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all fe66 Players:

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by fe66 or any related platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of fe66 or its affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on the fe66 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a fe66 account. Registration is completed via the fe66 Login portal. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the fe66 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. fe66 may also request your physical address in Bangladesh for identity verification purposes. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fe66 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fe66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. Any activity conducted through your fe66 account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the fe66 support team immediately via live chat.

fe66 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from fe66 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team. fe66 uses SSL encryption across all connections to protect your data in transit between your device and our platform.

Account Verification (KYC)

fe66 may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before approving withdrawal requests or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds. KYC documentation may include: national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill or bank statement (for address verification), and payment method verification (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad transaction history). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by fe66 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fe66 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fe66 does not apply currency conversion fees to deposits or withdrawals — what you deposit in BDT is what appears in your fe66 wallet in BDT, with no hidden deductions.

Accepted Payment Methods

fe66 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on fe66 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your fe66 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account balance. fe66 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which fe66 bears no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. fe66 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits identified as originating from accounts not registered in your name may be returned and your fe66 account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours of request submission, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable security reviews. fe66 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

fe66 does not apply a withdrawal fee; however, your payment service provider may charge a transaction fee. Players are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fe66 offers a range of bonus and promotional offers to Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slots, and cricket betting cashback during major tournaments such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. Seasonal promotions are offered during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. The specific terms governing each individual promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings, and expiry dates — are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered Players who have completed account verification unless otherwise stated.
• Each Player may claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be closed and all bonus funds forfeited.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• fe66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• fe66 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has attempted to exploit or abuse a promotional offer, including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, or any other fraudulent means.
• Free spins bonuses are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion. Free spins have no cash value and must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.

6. User Obligations

By using the fe66 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not use the fe66 platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to fe66 or other Players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any point during the use of the fe66 platform.
• Registering more than one account on the fe66 platform, whether under the same or a different name, email address, or payment method.
• Using software, scripts, bots, automated systems, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in displayed odds, or any technical malfunction of the fe66 platform.
• Using the fe66 platform to launder money or to conduct any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing conduct toward fe66 staff or other Players through any communication channel on the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your fe66 account credentials to any third party.
• Accessing the fe66 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, while deliberately misrepresenting your location.

fe66 employs monitoring systems to detect irregular account activity, unusual betting patterns, and suspected fraud. Any account found to be in breach of these obligations will be subject to investigation, and fe66 reserves the right to take any remedial action it deems appropriate, including permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

fe66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Any court order, regulatory requirement, or legal obligation that requires fe66 to suspend or close the account.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated as dormant. fe66 will attempt to contact the Player at their registered email address before taking any action on a dormant account.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited into the account will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to any applicable deductions for administrative costs incurred as a direct result of the breach, and subject to any obligations imposed by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their fe66 account may do so by contacting the fe66 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

The fe66 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fe66 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. fe66 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fe66 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Player's use of, or inability to use, the fe66 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical errors; losses arising from system downtime or maintenance; losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials; or any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the fe66 platform.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or any other fault that results in the incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, fe66 reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions and to restore account balances to their state prior to the error. fe66 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players promptly in such circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fe66's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
